1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending any event organised by Vibrant Indian British Ethos Ltd (“V.I.B.E.”), you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein. These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees, participants, sponsors, volunteers, and vendors.

2. Liability Disclaimer

While V.I.B.E. endeavours to ensure all events are safe and enjoyable, we shall not be held responsible for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or property damage occurring at or in transit to/from any event.
  • Event cancellations, rescheduling, or changes in programming due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, public safety, travel disruptions).
  • Loss or theft of any personal belongings.

Attendance is at your own risk. Please exercise personal judgment and caution.

3. Photography and Media Consent

By attending a V.I.B.E. event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken for promotional and archival use. You consent to the use of your likeness in any such materials.

If you wish to opt out, please notify a staff member or email info@vibe-community.com prior to the event.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to:

  • Respect the diversity and values of the V.I.B.E. community.
  • Behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, and fellow attendees.
  • Not engage in harassment, abuse, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.

V.I.B.E. reserves the right to remove any individual for violating the code of conduct, without refund or further obligation.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Event cancellations initiated by V.I.B.E. may result in partial or full refunds, at our discretion. Attendee-initiated cancellations may be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the event listing.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

All personal data collected for event participation (e.g., name, email, RSVP details) will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in full compliance with the UK GDPR.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
